Standbags – Versatile and Lightweight Carriers with Staying Power
Standbags are golf bags designed for carrying clubs and accessories, usually worn on the back using a shoulder strap. They are smaller and lighter than cart bags, making them easier to carry around the golf course. Some standbags can also be transported using a trolley. Material: Given that standbags are often carried by hand, they should be lightweight. Three kilograms are acceptable, but less than 2 kilograms is ideal. Nylon is a suitable material due to its lightness and relative resistance to dirt and water. Many models are even waterproof, including seams and zippers, ensuring the contents stay dry during rain. The bag's weight should not exceed 10 kilograms to prevent strain during carrying, which could compromise the waterproofing of seams.
